Meowza! This black velour maxi skirt has a big, scary leopard lurking around the hem! It's a cool applique out of nylon, and the eyes have green prong-set rhinestones making them sparkle. Its an a-line shape, and has the same leopard trim on piping on the one side. It has a back zipper and waist band. Unlined. Label is Periphery, designed by Arthur Williams.
